Die bürstenlose Servomotortechnologie von Exlar® bietet ein hohes Drehmoment und ein kleines Gehäusemaß. Erhältlich in 60 bis 180 mm Baugrößen mit 1, 2 oder 3 Stapellängen in 8-poliger Konfiguration, haben diese kompakten Motoren einen starken Punch.


Zu den Standardkonfigurationen gehören: 115, 230, 400 und 460 Vac;

  • Übergroße Abtriebswelle

  • Feedback-Konfigurationen für nahezu jeden Servoverstärker

Maximale Motorleistung

Das innovative T-LAM-Design™ mit segmentiertem Laminierungsstator erhöht die Leistung, ohne die Größe zu erhöhen. Jedes Segment enthält eine individuelle Phasenverdrahtung für maximale Motorleistung. Robuste Isolierung, Magnete mit hoher Koerzitivstärke und eine vollständige thermische Vergussung sind integriert, um einen leistungsstärkeren und effizienteren Motor zu schaffen. Das Design liefert 35 bis 70% mehr Drehmoment aus dem gleichen Paket. Außerdem verfügen T-LAM-Designs über eine Isolierung der Klasse 180H und eine UL-Anerkennung.

Die XL-Option in der Modellnummer gibt eine andere Form der Schmierung als die von Exlar® bereitgestellte Norm an, nämlich Mobilith SHC220. Zu den Spezialschmierstoffen zählen andere Fette wie JAX FG-2 in Lebensmittelqualität oder Mobilgrease 28. Eine weitere nicht standardmäßige Option ist die Ölkühlung.
